• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
• Customized jewelry and personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions if your return is approved.
3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags and labels, and clearly mark the RA number on the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
